FAQ

Every Question We Hear on Every Call.

Both. Every engagement ends with a signed brand authorization letter issued in your company name. You submit that letter wherever a restricted catalog requires it, and you simultaneously have a direct wholesale account with the brand. The same letter unlocks both: the storefront approval and the supply chain.
It almost never happens because the letter comes directly from the brand owner — not a distributor invoice. On the rare occasion a channel asks for more, we supply additional documentation: brand-letterhead invoices, an authorized-seller statement, and brand contact details for verification, at no extra charge until the gating is removed. We've never closed an engagement without the seller getting ungated.
Yes. As an officially authorized reseller you have a documented chain of authorization. Any IP complaint filed against you is withdrawn once you submit the brand's authorization letter through the marketplace's appeal process. In 14 years of running authorized resellers, we have never seen a complaint upheld against a client with a valid letter on file.
We only pursue brands where existing relationships make approval highly likely — we are not running cold applications. In the rare case of a flat decline, we work on a replacement brand at no extra charge. That replacement guarantee is written into every package.
Cold seller applications are auto-rejected at roughly 95%+. Brands receive hundreds per week and filter aggressively. We don't submit a form — we call the partnerships lead we already know. One warm phone call from someone the brand trusts beats any application volume. That is the entire moat: relationships built over 14 years, used exclusively for our clients.
Most authorization letters are signed within 3–6 weeks of kickoff. Complex brands that require additional business documentation can take up to 8 weeks. You get a weekly status update — exactly which brand contact we spoke to, what was agreed, and what's pending. No black-box waiting.
The authorization letter is issued to your company — not to a specific channel. Most brands allow you to sell across major marketplaces, retail platforms, and your own storefront under the same letter. Some have channel restrictions — we negotiate channel rights upfront so there are zero surprises.
Deepest relationships in tech, electronics, and general merchandise — 14 years in these categories. Strong networks also in health & personal care, home & kitchen, and sporting goods. If a brand you want is outside our network we will tell you on the discovery call before any money changes hands.
Yes — 30 days written notice, no penalty, no lock-in. One-time packages (01 and 02) are non-refundable after kickoff because brand outreach begins immediately. The retainer is designed so the ROI makes cancellation illogical — one approved brand per month versus a retainer that's a small fraction of that recovery.
